About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Tbilisi. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their design career who's sharp with Figma, has a genuine eye for detail, and wants to grow alongside a team that values clean, thoughtful design work.

You'll be involved in a mix of digital and brand design projects - everything from social and marketing assets to UI elements and presentation decks. If you're someone who's curious about how design and web development intersect, even better.

What You'll Do

  • Design a variety of visual assets: social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and brand collateral
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across projects
  • Take feedback well and iterate quickly on designs
  • Stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Figma
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, and color
  • A portfolio that shows range and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
  • Experience with Webflow or similar no-code web design tools
  • An interest in expanding into web/product design over time
